Poorly Jam Maker

My jam pan is a little poorly at the moment.  I managed to get one batch of the jam done and the pan has gone and stuck itself to its base.  OH is to make enquiries tomorrow of their service facilities unfortunately they close at 5.00 p.m. meanwhile I am retrieving the maslin pan from the top of the cupboard and am going to get busy the old fashioned way.

Hopefully they will be able to get it fixed for me as I cannot afford to buy a new one at £119 not that I paid that.

Will report back later.  I don't know if any of you ladies who have The Tefal Vitafruit Confiture machine have had a similar problem or are aware of a fix.

  1. I have the jam maker too not had any problems with mine. I had a problem with a romuska and Lakeland replaced it TWICE. They wanted to test it and see what had gone worng with it so ma be you will get a new one. I would phone Lakeland customer service, they are very good.
