I have a little book (this is my second version of it as the first one fell to pieces) from the Hamlyn Kitchen Library called "Home Preserving and Bottling" by Gladys Mann. ISBN 0 600 37177 8. There are quite a few different recipes within this unassuming little paperback book, but it is so useful and one that I have to hand throughout the preserving season. Mine cost a couple of pennies plus postage from one of the cheapy bookshops. So it is well worth investing in the same.
