Another Preserving book

Most of you will realise by now that I am a bit passionate about food, and preserving and that I have a stash of very useful preserve books.  Many are second hand and some from the States.  Wherever possible I pay the cheapest price possible.

I have a little book (this is my second version of it as the first one fell to pieces) from the Hamlyn Kitchen Library called "Home Preserving and Bottling" by Gladys Mann.    ISBN 0 600 37177 8. Catch you soon.
