Pudding

I very much have a hankering for a pudding this weekend and intend to make on Saturday or Sunday depending on how much time is available to me to have a go at this pudding here.  It is from a site called Just a Mum who bakes who I found on Facebook.  The link is here Butterscotch Self-Saucing pudding.  It looks yum and I think will feed my need for something sweet.  With the weather being unseasonably damp, wet and yuk at the moment  need something very much to lift the spirits.

I will pop up how I get on with it over the weekend.

Right am off to get ready for tomorrow.  Think I start learning about Excel tomorrow.
