Sunday Evening Roundup

Its been a pottering sort of day - I feel very tired again so I have just been taking my time and not rushing into things like a bull in a china shop. I have just been doing what I need to and nothing more. Probably a reaction to all the work achieved yesterday.  Still have quite a bit to do though.

I have the next tranche of stuff from mum's in the house.  I unpacked the car earlier on, but that is as far as I can go today.  Some of the things have actually been put away and are tided but I have to do some re-ackerfurbitating

We have had rather an unusual tea this evening.  Just simple food that speaks for itself.  OH had some lemon sole and bread and butter and I had some smoked haddock with bread and butter and poached eggs.  It served a purpose gave us both something healthy to eat and we do not feel stuffed to the gunnels.

I have also sorted some more clothes out to go to the Charity Shop to be dropped off during the week.

I am currently stuck in a pile of ironing trying to ground myself down again and not doing too well.  Feeling a little overwhelmed again hopefully it will pass soon.

Right better crack on.

Catch you soon.

  1. Try not to feel overwhelmed just take each day as it comes and each task. Don't worry about what you have to do next just concentrate on the job you're doing at that moment in time. Sending you lots of love fluffy x

  2. I think the overwhelmed feeling is partly to do as side effect to losing mum; Some days I am okay on others not so good. I just keep plodding on. More ironing in the morning. Hope you are keeping well.

Thank you for popping by. I love to receive comments and to make new friends so please say Hi. Pattypan
