2011.07.03 My Day
Its been a quiet weekend this weekend and I haven't really done a lot as I have not had an awful lot of energy again and I have had trouble moving around with pain in my lower back and hips.. Have done most of the washing and got it air-dried but it will be tomorrow night before I start the ironing and then I probably won't get it all done. I have however made some Basil Pesto, Basil Vinegar and Basil Oil - so have done a little bit of work. Still have loads to do, but at least its a start. I went to the veg shop yesterday but didn't buy too much. However I did buy two large pineapples and some cooking apples. I have in mind to do some pineapple and apple jelly; but we will see I could well change my mind before then. I have to go into hospital this coming Thursday for an endoscopy. I am having an anaesthesia as I have a dry mouth; I do not produce saliva and have to use an artificial saliva spray. I gag easily too and I would rather not know anyth...
