Saying/Mantra for the Day
Today I am slightly agitated and I do not know why. I think it is my tolerance levels are severely lacking today. It is times like this that I have to slow myself down and remind myself that: And if the Moon and the Sun can hang on in there I am sure I can find it somewhere within myself to do the same too.
