Migraine
Sorry I have been absent for the past few days I have had a very bad migraine which apart from the killing headache predominantly behind my eyes I have also had flashing lights, sickness and upset stomach. Its left me feeling very washed out and fragile and definitely not firing on all pistons.; think it is down to tension more than anything else and it is something I am going to have to tackle and I thought I was doing so well. Its ages since I have had a real bad one like this. I have been in bed most of the time as I have found that all I have wanted to do is sleep and I am off my food, just drinking plenty of liquids. Ah well hiccups happen every now and then; going to have to dust myself down and start all over again. Hopefully things will get back to normal in the next few days or so.
