Fancy Pastries - Naughty and Nice - but look how simple

I spotted this on Facebook a little video tutorial on how to produce all those fancy pastries we buy from the bakers at home from a pack of puff pastry. There are some lovely ideas but what I liked was they are so quick and simple to prepare with very few ingredients

I had previously been playing around with puff pastry swirls, sausage rolls and pecan and brown sugar plaits but with a few strategic cuts n folds here and there these pastries look absolutely stunning.  I may well be playing around with this over the weekend just a little bit.  How about you.

Catch you later.

P.S.  I can also use my home made jam with these!

  1. Oh I am so going to be making these, I have blueberries and raspberries in the freezer and it will not be long before there will be strawberries in the garden. Oh and of course I have chocolate chips, doesn't everybody keep some just in case.

  2. I love that flower one with the raspberries- thanks for sharing this clip!

  3. I saw those of FB too and saved the video to my home page for future reference. They look so easy to make and yummy too. Patricia - PO designs
