I spotted this on Facebook a little video tutorial on how to produce all those fancy pastries we buy from the bakers at home from a pack of puff pastry. There are some lovely ideas but what I liked was they are so quick and simple to prepare with very few ingredients
I had previously been playing around with puff pastry swirls, sausage rolls and pecan and brown sugar plaits but with a few strategic cuts n folds here and there these pastries look absolutely stunning. I may well be playing around with this over the weekend just a little bit. How about you.
