For a change I have had a day off work. Not really done much although I am due to start on the housework shortly. Have been to my back class and it is strenuous but I am starting to feel the benefits. I have a bit more movement all round which I am extremely pleased about. I have been thinking to look around for a proper Pilates class once the stint at the hospital concludes as I need to keep this up to maintain my quality of life and movement and in reality I tend to do better in a class scenario. Now I am starting to get it back again - I don't want to lose it. Yes at times there is discomfort and pain but we have to look at the overall effect here and my posture has been different this last week or so and I have been holding myself more upright. There is a saying no pain no gain! So I think overall somewhere along the line I must be doing things right.
Right better get a wriggle on.
