Having a night off

 I still have not been a hundred per cent today so another low key day and not really much to report.  Yet again I did not get to the Patchwork again so rather than whip myself any further have just decided to have a day/night off just to try and chill a bit.  I haven't even been able to muster up the energy to cook.  It has been cold again so I am just going to hibernate tonight.

Hopefully normal service will be resumed tomorrow.
