Update on Dried Apples
Well after a week in the airing cupboard the apple rings are now soft, dry and chamois like and dried. I am now going to look forward to using them during the winter months as well as in home made muesli and the like.
So am well chuffed another success for the technique and the pantry store.
Will do another batch as I still have a lot more apples to use up.Might just tweak the solution a little more though.
