Operation Kitchen

 I  have been awake since 5:00am courtesy of one Cat who think she is a high wire artist and a Jack Russell!  Never a dull moment here you know!  Mischief wanted fresh air, the net was down to let the breeze in despite the fan being on, and she decided that the crossbar of the window was the best place to sit despite the fact that we are on the second storey.  I woke up saw her sat there, talked to her and thankfully (which she does most times) she did listen and came straight to me.  Net went back up.  Mischief is an indoor cat. Then we had Missy circuit training the room before going to her water bowls and then flopping into bed.  At 6:00am I had had enough and got up going downstairs to make myself a mug of coffee, put some washing out that I had done last night onto the line, and then put another wash on.  Got ready and dressed, had my medication, and now it is time for operation Kitchen.

The weather at the moment is lovely and fresh quite workable so it would be a pity to miss these cooler hours. I have also opened up the greenhouses. If I am too cream crackered later then I do have the option of nodding off again although I am going to try not to do this. However bearing in mind that I am trying to listen to my body this is a step that I do have to listen too if it happens.  Better to rest for a short while than be completely cream crackered for a couple of days just because I have pushed it too far.  I am good at pushing things too far.

So here we go, lets hope I can get lots done today.

Well quite a bit achieved.  I have got into the Pantry today and put some more stuff away.  I have also done lots of cleaning, washing up,  and sorting things out generally.  Loads of washing has been done as well.  No the kitchen is not finished today but I have got a lot further along than I thought I would.  May take me another couple of days yet.  Am hoping to get the sink area all cleaned down and the cupboard underneath and its contents all sorted out as well.  Plus give the washing machine and dishwasher a clean and sort out the cleaning stuff if I can into the under-sink cupboard i.e. soap powder, conditioner etc. as want this out of the way and not on show.

It will be another early start again tomorrow to concentrate on the kitchen again as I really do want this room out the way with.  A concerted effort tomorrow should break its back and then I might be able to tackle the Pantry.  There is also stuff that needs doing in the garden.

I have just stopped for the evening 22:42.  Completely cream crackered and my back is kicking off. All the bending down and lifting.  We had Italian sausages and roasted mixed veg for tea tonight.  Went down very nicely.
