Day 19, #everybitcountschallenge 

As previously posted, today has not worked out as it should have but hey that is life.  I have managed to recover some of what I should have done today this evening which I am pleased about, but still some work to do though.

Last night I prepared vinegar for a pickle and added extra flavours.  I had added various spices and flavourings and had warmed everything up and then left the spices in the vinegar to cool.  Today I lost the lot by accidentally knocking the pot over.  I had not any vinegar left to repeat the process and so I am going to have to go and purchase some more tomorrow and prepare it again.  This was in readiness for a pickle I am going to make.

I have made another batch of Bramble/Blackberry and Apple Jelly,  It is a popular jam in this household and it soon goes.  I have managed to achieve 5 1/2 jars this evening.

I have also started off Pam Corbin's "Compost Heap Jelly", from the peels and remnants of Apples, Lemons and Oranges.  Not made this before either.

Because of the disasters going on in the kitchen, I postponed making the Sourdough Bread.  Hopefully that will now happen tomorrow as I can now get to the mixer.

And, I need to buy vinegar for the pickle.  Other things going on too, but you will find out what they are in the next few days.
