Another quiet day

 A very laid-back day, where not much has been done apart from cooking tea this evening.  Have watched a couple of films in between cooking the heavyweight chicken which should do us about three meals plus the stock.  That has gone down very nicely being served with carrots, peas, mashed potato, cauliflower and broccoli.  I also served some chipolata sausages with the meal for a bit of a change.

I am now sat watching or should I say listening to the TV.  I have my crochet on the go again.  Every little bit I can work on it makes all the difference.

I have not managed to get to anything else today, although I have checked on the Rosehip syrup.  The sugar is starting to dissolve as the hips release their juice.  I may have to add a little more sugar; but will only add that if I need to.  See how it goes on.  Being on the windowsill though seems to be doing the trick.

We have had the heating on for a little while today as I went really cold again earlier.  Since then, have warmed up, and the heating has been turned off again as is nice and warm in the house.

Went out for a walk earlier on with her ladyship, to get some fresh air.  Was not cold out either and did not take my coat.  Unusually OH did!

Hopefully will be able to get a wriggle on tomorrow.  Fingers crossed I have a little more energy.

Full Moon tonight known as the Hunter's moon.  I hope I get to see it this evening.  Sometimes it is difficult from seeing it where I live.  Much easier to see down in Cornwall.
