Kitchen Projects

I have a lot planned over the coming weeks in the kitchen. This list is very much an aide memoire for me in order that I can in due course accomplish them without forgetting anything.  I have the following to make - will take the freshest ingredients first and the numbered order below is not how I intend to work the specific preserves its just as I thought of them writing them down.

  1. Chilli and Apple Jelly;
  2. Basil Pesto;
  3. Souper Mix;
  4. Dry some Bay Leaves;
  5. Dry some Thyme;
  6. Wild Garlic Pesto;
  7. Plum Jam;
  8. Mango Jam;
  9. Apple Sauce;
  10. Dried Apricot Jam;
  11. Dried Apricot Wine;
  12. Dried Apricot Chutney;
  13. Mincemeat;
  14. Lemon Sugar;
  15. Lemon Curd;
  16. Amalfi Lemon Lemoncello;
  17. Lemon Cordial;
  18. Lime Sugar;
  19. Lime Curd;
  20. Lime Cordial;
  21. Frozen Cranberries for making Cranberry and Apple Jelly;
  22. Raspberry Vodka.

I think this will do to start with.  As I find items as well they will also be added to the list.

It should keep me out of trouble.
